Go to Ben Lomand high school (spell check) and volunteer, then coordinated then come to Byu with Howell and Mendenhall, then they'll make you a coach/coordinator/assistant head coach probably in 3 years TOPS! You don't need any other coaching experience at any other schools at any level past high school to coach and lead defenses at BYu.
