Like I said before, the real issue is not being in a P5 conference. This makes it extremely difficult to recruit P5 caliber guys. Could we have better coaches? Sure, but most, if not all programs could say that. We lack talent in many (but not all) positions and have a huge drop off in depth.

We managed to get in bed with ESPN. I'm sure that if BYU and the church wanted it, they could find a way to get us into the B12. That's the key to fixing our problems.
