Your point should be made again:
I've read several times this morning, "the players aren't performing; the coaches can't do it for them"....yes this is true, but then it's up to the coaches to then pull them out. And if they don't have anyone to replace them, it's up to the coaches to make sure they have a ready back up.
It's ALWAYS the coaches' responsibility.
