What think ye, CB? Once a house has been contaminated with meth, can it ever
really be decontaminated?

My wife and I were looking at buying a house for a rental property, but the meth test came back positive, so we walked away because we didn't want to deal with that. But that got me thinking about what it would take to convince me it was safe to purchase such a house (or live in one). It also makes me a little hesitant to consider becoming a landlord if any renter smoking meth could permanently ruin a house.

Do you think I'm over reacting to that risk?
