This is what I think happens

If Bronco is going to leave, it will be because he decides to leave.

I don't know the mind of the Board of Trustees, but I guarantee that they are not worried about a single season of losses. They will only make major changes if there are issues that would embarrass the church (see 2004).

But knowing how Bronco has responded to criticism, he may just decide to hang it up.
