He plays a much different game. Unfortunately he is a #1 or #2 option when he's out on the court so he has to do things that he would prefer not to. If the jazz can get an alpha dog on offense I think Hayward would love to defer, and rack up assists, rebounds, blocks, etc.

I hated when the jazz offered him a max, but as soon as the TNT/ESPN deal was announced I realized he may be worth close to his contract.
