Bronco is the root of the problem. Bronco hired and promoted Howell. We can't blame Howell for being in over his head...Bronco put him in that position. Where Howell deserves the most criticism is in regards to his relationship with the players and what comes out of his mouth. When I first heard his interviews, I thought that he was a straight-shooter. In hindsight, I should have realized that he is an arrogant know-it-all who can't gel with his players and doesn't seem to accept criticism very well.
