I agree somewhat
The problem is that Bronco has admitted in the past to taking liberties with his directive from his original job interview with Elder Eyring. A lot of the mission president stuff that Bronco likes to do is totally his own creation that nobody else told him to do. For example, he wasn't told to do firesides--I'm not necessarily knocking firesides, I'm just using this as an example of Bronco's spiritual crusade. Most of us remember all of the stripling warrior stuff from earlier in Bronco's tenure--I doubt that any GA told him that he needed to do that. I might get roasted for saying this, but sometimes I feel like Bronco is over-compensating for the mission that he didn't go on. I am in no way judging or condemning him for not serving a mission, but it looks like he is trying to somehow make up for this by acting like a bishop/mission president.
