I loved BYU football from the first game I watched when I was 6. I knew back then that I was definitely going to BYU (Of course at the time I assumed it would be on football scholarship). By the time I was a senior in high school, I'd basically been assuming for 12 years that I would go to BYU. Didn't even have to think about it. Chose it even though 3 other schools offered me better scholarship and aid packages. I could lie and say that I chose BYU due to an opportunity to have a more spiritual college experience, but the truth is football had sealed the deal long ago.
