I left him off intentionally. I don't see any way he stays at QB. He is a tremendous athlete, but he is not a good enough QB to compete with the other 4 guys. He will be a safety by the end of spring practice next year. And he is redshirting this year due to the transfer rules. Since he was only at Wyoming for his freshman year he will be a redshirt junior in 2016.

I left Hansen on because he has been promised a definitive chance to play QB. Will he stay there? I have no idea, but I am assuming that he will at least get a legitimate shot at QB in 2016.

Utah is not recruiting any QB's in 2015 (Hansen is considered the incoming QB for this class). They did actively recruit Sam Darnold, but he chose USC and there are no other QB's that have an offer that haven't committed elsewhere.
