I can watch the product on the field and honestly say that I feel the team was well prepared and emotionally ready to play the game and gave full effort in every single game.

There is always at least 1 or 2 games every year since then where it feels like the team comes out flat and unprepared. Every year there have been emotional breakdowns, lack of discipline, missing emotion, etc. I think that is the most disappointing thing to me about the program currently. I can't even watch the team and know every game that I feel they have been well prepared and gave it all they had. Even with a few losses in 2006 I felt that was the case, but haven't felt that way since then.

Hopefully Taysom and others can provide some strong leadership in 2015 and it leads to a good year.
