The lady gave us a nice story about how her husband blew out his knee pretty bad one weekend and how she had this cool app on her phone that allowed her to shop around to find the cheapest price for an MRI. One clinic was offering it for only $600 while most others were charging $2000+.

Unfortunately for her husband, the clinic was only open during regular business hours so she made him wait all weekend before seeing a doctor.
