Jordan people want to stay 5A, Orem is not going to go 3A, so they will fill Jordan's position. Plus from what I know Payson likes being 3A, because they are more competitive in basketball and wrestling there. I would bet Wasatch and Orem move in to that region along with the new Lehi high school when it opens in 16-17. Timpview and Provo move with the south Utah County schools.
