Anae isn't doing him any favors by letting him still make the decision. Hill called himself out last year called Anae out too, and then didn't change anything this year. I guess as long as he's in the read option and it's his choice most of the time, he's just going to run.

Anae has to somewhat take that choice away from him if he's just going to keep doing it. Obivously a good OL and good receivers will help some, but you can still tell Hill is simply wanting to use his wheels more than anything.
