WRs have to pay more attention to the backfield to be ready to run block. Stewart isn't getting better plays called. He is choosing better options within the play. Each play has run and pass options for the QB to choose based on what the D is showing or doing. Beyond that if the play breaks down the qb can run or wrs are supposed to get open. Hill gave up on plays much sooner than Stewart does. He has the ability to make that work, but he was not getting worse calls than Twilight is.
