We are close to bringing that at LB and DL, but we are a ways off in O line. Right now, I see us bringing in about 1 elite O line recruit (4 star or higher) every 2-3 years when we should be bringing in 1 a year if we want to get back on the national stage.

I am more cautious than optimistic for the next two years. The good side is the coaches know this is an issue. The bad side is that the recruiting and development are still moving the needle more slowly than I think should be happening.
