On Kaelin Clay's PRTD that got called back, I couldn't figure out why Utah got
the ball at the 5 or so yard line when the replay showed the hold occurring on about the 30. My FIL was at the game and said Utah got flagged for two personal fouls after the TD got wiped out, but I didn't see the announcers make any reference to those penalties. Anyone confirm that that indeed happened?
