SR9c is a very smooth shooting compact. I carry the SR40c as a daily carry,
switching out with an M&P Shield 9mm. The Shield has a thinner profile, but the Ruger's shoot better in my opinion.
I've never had any issues with the reliability with both factory ammo and reloads.
