if we're going that far, why not just use leftover bacon grease?
Ya know, because the best grilled cheese is made with bacon and green apples.
Brown the halves separately with a little 3 cheese blend, then in the oven with some high quality sharp white cheddar until browned and bubbly.
Put the halves together and enjoy with a homemade creamy tomato bisque.
