Good things they weren't around when she was looking for a husband!!!!

As for the CS side of things. I'm not sure they waste money with their policy. I've seen companies go through enormous money wasting events to deny service as well. I'd love to see a well researched study on what Amazon thinks their CS is worth, or better, what it is actually worth. Keeping customers for life would have to be factored in to that...?
