Ok you're right, not that simple. But I'm thinking about Heaps in 2010.
Even Riley in 2011.
With time, reps and an easier schedule, those guys made hay. Stew has done the same, and he brought in more reps and experience.
Obviously coaches tweaked things and coached him up.
