In general I think BYU needs to start mining the JC ranks at all positions......
there is so much volatility with missions and whether or not kids are going to serve that you have to have a safety net at the JC level. There appears to be some networking with Beck and 2J. I would really like to see this grow and continue to be a strength for BYU.
