So, looking to buy a used car. What's the right way to go about it?
I see three tiers: private party purchase, big dealers (Mark Miller, Karl Malone, Carmax etc.) and small-time used car lots. They all sound shady to me.
Is Velocity Auto Sales a traaaaaaaap? They seem to have the lowest prices. If they say the car has a clean title, do I trust that?
