No, although ASU claims I did. They claimed that during the summer break one
year I changed my name from "Chris" to "Christopher." They were adamant about it, even suggesting I just accidentally wrote it down wrong. You know, how people often just accidentally write their own name wrong from time to time.

They had no documentation to prove this and my name just started showing up wrong on all my transcripts and paperwork. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get it changed back in time for my diploma to be done correctly. The best part was sitting there with the lady at the admin building, showing her my drivers license, birth certificate, SS card, BYU transcripts, etc and having her still claim I had changed my name. Then, as she is finally signing the forms to have it changed back in the system, she hands me my stuff and says, "There you go, Chris . . . if that's REALLY your name." And she was DEAD serious. Good times.
