Culligan Man

to properly cook a turkey. Growing up, my grandma didn't do so well, but I've worked on a few recipes over the years and have come up with some delicious turkeys.

Simplest.... 1.5 cups kosher salt, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1.5 gal of water.
