It's not just that the Big 12 doesn't make it. You want them to not make it
because their champ(s) doesn't have 12 wins.
If FSU lost, they're not getting in.
If Oregon lost, I could see UCLA jumping them, but not ASU or Arizona. If Stanford somehow beats UCLA, then Oregon is the PAC-12's only shot. But, Oregon is out with a 2nd loss.
If Alabama somehow lost, they could still get in but just barely.
If Ohio State lost, they're not getting in and neither would Wisconsin.
