You people bashing on Tyler Haws are freaking crazy. The dude played the equivalent of more than two full basketball games over the last three days, and besides Winder, he was the only guy to show up offensively against Purdue. For the three days in Maui he shot 48% from the floor, 50% from three, and 92% from the line. He also led the team with 3 blocks against Purdue. Sure, he's not a defensive force, but let's not act like he wasn't giving an effort out there. He was one of two players in double figures and he had 14 more than the second highest scorer on the team. So, he didn't win the game at the end. Big deal. He didn't lose the game for BYU either. In fact, he was pretty much the only thing keeping them in the game. Throw him under the bus if you want, but you're ridiculous. If Tyler hadn't played his heart out in either of those losses, it wouldn't have been pretty. Blame Tyler, who I can't remember the last time he took an uncontested shot, if you like, but you're wrong. If he had one big on his team that could get an easy basket underneath every once in a while, maybe the team could get a win in one of those close games. Tyler's the man, and it'll suck when he goes.
