They don't have a player that's shown he can take over and carry the team when they need it.

Haws tends to force things too much in crunch time. KC doesn't have a reliable jump shot. Fischer struggles with quick, athletic defenders. None of the bigs are polished enough offensively.

There's still a lot of games left to play, so there's still time for the team to improve but that's how I see it right now.
