I read something about this once. There is no stat to back up some teams being
closers and others not. If your team is able to blow people out. If your team is in close games lots, it's more of a coin flip.
Better to blow people out. When you can't, just do your best to win. But as fans, expect it to be a coin flip and enjoy the ride.
