I have to value the signup bonus at $500+ to bother. Department stores that offer 10-20% off or $40 is a colossal waste of time. The only exceptions are Nordstrom, which offers $100/year in tailoring (which I use) and Sears that has a seemingly perpetual 0% interest offer.
