This weekend is making me nostalgic for traditional CFB rivalries that are no
more. And not just BYU-utah. Watching Nebraska-Iowa on Thanksgiving weekend is weird, after a lifetime of Nebraska-Oklahoma and even Nebraska-Colorado (during the years in which Oklahoma sucked and CU was good) at this time of year. And Texas playing TCU instead of A&M is weird too. Pitt-Penn St has been gone for a while, along with Pitt-West Virginia, and I even miss Kansas-Missouri. Now those teams don't even play each other at all, never mind in later November.

I like the new playoff, but otherwise it's sad what the BCS and conference realignment have done to college football.
