I've stated repeatedly that I'd favor a Notre Dame/Boston College model of how we promote/enforce LDS standards at BYU. I suspect that won't happen, but we ought to be able to update the more antiquated portions of the Code around dress and grooming and/or take a serious look at whether non-LDS should be required to abide by some very, very, uniquely LDS bi-laws in the exact way that avowed members do. Hit up a Starbuck's, drink and Iced Tea--I take zero offense as a BYU alum if a student at any college, including ours, wants to do so. Our "hot drinks" prohibition is an utter head scratcher to most of the world, particularly when substances as bad our worse get the green light....
