Yes. BYU played in January 1, 1997 Cotton Bowl. So a second NY bowl game would
be "another."
Given BYU's history that includes a National Championship, New Year's Day Cotton Bowl, Hesiman, national rankings, etc., who cares if some mid-major gets a designated NY game for simply breathing.
