Where I'm from in Georgia, you don't see extreme cold, but it still gets chilly from time to time. Add hot summers and it's enough to have seasons but by be oppressive. Me, I think I'd take the bland of California over freezing winters up north. Moving to utah for school made me realize just how much I hate the cold.
