I've been trying to get my 4 year old to stay in his own bed at night. He usually ends up coming in to our bed sometime around 1-3am. So yesterday I told him that if he stayed in his own bed all night I'd buy him a Lego guy.

Well he stayed in bed all night and it was great.

This morning, however, he says to my wife "mom, my pillow is all dirty".

She goes in his room and his bed is covered in vomit. A second look at the child shows that he, too, is covered in vomit. This stuff has dried out indicating he clearly threw up in the middle of the night and then slept in it.

He looks at me with sad eyes and says "Dad can I still have a Lego guy?"
