I just had a customer tell me they have a business model similar to the BBB, where in if you pay them your business can look better. This customer says he gets solicitations from D&B that for a "nominal" fee they will dispute late payments that show up on the D&B for them. Does anyone have experience dealing with D&B? Can a business owner dispute items himself that he feels are incorrectly reporting?
