Here is what Quincy does as a coach: he builds a STRONG, disciplined competitive program that kids want to play for. He conditions his kids like crazy. He teaches defensive precision and excellence. He holds kids accountable on defense and rebounding. He lets the offensive talent have a lot of free reign. I think he develops kids by teaching them good basketball but Frank's development to compete at the highest level has happened at least as much in summer ball as it has in high school, in my opinion. This is not a knock on Quincy, I think he is a terrific coach, but all of his great players have logged SIGNIFICANT hours away from him as they developed.
