Also, I don't quite understand all the bagging on Bronco for player development. Bronco isn't the one responsible for teaching and developing individual players. His hiring of assistants that are responsible for doing that is really bad. Which could certainly be blamed on the salaries he is allowed to work with. But, the assistants are the ones failing in player development. Not Bronco.
