What Communist country is a great vacation spot?
China has Hainan, which is popular amongst the Chinese, and some Southeast Asians, but not much else.
Is North Korea popular? No. Is Russia popular? Not really, besides Moscow a bit and St. Petersburg.
Can you think of any totalitarian regime controlled place that is a great vacation locale?
Dubai? Abu Dabi?
