Sunday play is not an issue, but the guys in charge of the decision make it an issue because they know that we won't budge...so instead of making it about religion it is about "Sunday play". I have it on good authority that Tom Holmoe is doing every thing he can to improve BYU's image to get us into the Big 12. Bronco's comments were all in line with the direction that BYU would like to take. We never turned down a bid to the Big 12. This is why the "you will turn blue in the face before a Big 12 invite comes" was made. The reason is that we are LDS and that is what is influencing some of the big power brokers. This is why it bothers me even more that the Utes turned their backs on us going to the PAC 12, if we came as a package deal it would have increased our chances - maybe one in a million - but I'm saying that there would have been a chance.
