Seems like it should've been obvious that once they bought the tickets that they
owned the inventory and could price it however they wanted. Maybe the contract was unclear in those regards and they got caught up in following the terms of the contract that they forgot to use common sense. But if I were handling sale of the tickets, the FIRST thing I would do is see what the prices other areas were being sold for, and when I noticed the discrepancy I would be asking that question about pricing before I sold a single ticket.
