Toronto would make it. Cleveland, Chicago, Atlanta, and Washington would compete
for the last few playoff spots. In other words I think the #2-#5 teams in the east are about on par with the #5-#9 teams in the west. But after those 5 teams in the East, the rest of the conference is one big dumpster fire, IMO.
