Some of our friends have been doing some particularly mischievous things with their Elf on the Shelf name Elford. For example, a couple of nights ago, all of their kids woke up with sharpie drawn on their faces, and of course the elf was holding the marker. Most of their pranks involve something the "elf" has done to the kids.

Well, apparently early this morning, one of the kids woke up early and did his own stunt with the elf. They found Elford sitting on the counter holding a pair of scissors with a small plate full of hair of varying colors. All of the kids were missing a chunk of their own hair (including the culprit apparently, so the parents wouldn't know who did it.)
