My boys and I watched it a few times, and you can see her pinky on her right hand come back into view (from behind her other fingers) when the ball goes by. It's easy to see because she has white tape on her finger.

That blockers response, when asked about "the touch" was a little telling IMO...

Actually, Eckerman was not at net on that play. The blockers were Amy Neal (#10)
