I've pressed esc, f4, f7, f9, f12 (all suggestions) to get to the boot menu. One time I got to a message that said Windows had failed to start properly. I didn't see a message to restore it, but there was an option to start in safe mode, but nothing happened when I tried that. Any other advice?
