BYU's blockers were getting touches all night long against Texas. If they didn't roof the ball, the back row was often given time to dig off the touch. Tonight, Texas found a way through the block consistently. So many balls hit straight down on BYU. The back row did not dig much and when they did the pass was extremely short. Robins-Hardy was having to come way into the backcourt all match long to set the ball which completely screwed up BYU's offense. A lot of that was pressure applied by Penn St. A lot of it was BYU's blockers masking some deficiencies in the back row.
