The narrative does change, just like I pointed out. Any Utah fan would be stupid to not agree that they had a special year this year. Their defense was legitimate and dominated. If they had an offense, they would have been in the CCG.

Also, the PAC was down this year. USC, UCLA, Stanford (all teams that are typically in the top of the PAC) were all in rebuilding/down years.
