Caveat..I hope. Stuff like that IMO shows one of the biggest obstacles BYU has had to overcome and that is lack of continuity..Again I keep harping on this,but from a VERY good source I know...a successful D1 coach who was COY in a real conference...continuity and chemistry are EXTREMELY important when a team doesn't have lottery level talent and STILL very important regardless of that. Think of BYU''s best teams... the Jimmer, Davies Emery team had two good players that DIDN't go on missions... a back court that got to play together more than one year back to back AND that team did the summer Euro tour thingy and got more experience even....

Once Rose starts lining up teams getting players together because of the new mission rules.. We will see more teams like that... Again..Imagine if Mika were on this team. He is worth 4 points vs Utah. He is worth 2 points so that we don't have to go to two OT games in Hawaii....It really is that simple... Experience and continuity will improve the program.
