Today's game. Maybe there's a rule in the book but refs were told not to call it because leagues want more scoring. Unless you're set...they will call it on the defender. If a guy is standing there and an offensive guy comes at him and the defender jumps...and the offensive guy runs into him...it'll be called on the defense. And announcers will pontificate about how "...the offensive player knows how to draw contact". I hate the way it's called. It gives all the advantage to the offensive guy.
