Worthington often fronts the other team's big man on defense. At other times, he's trying to work his guy out away from the basket. Leaves him in poor position to rebound.

On offense, Worthington clears out taking the defender with him to open up the middle. Obviously, again leaving him in poor position to rebound.

BYU has a lot of scorers on the floor, and some good rebounders. Worthington has a role and he does it. But he should get more rebounds. He needs to be smarter and quicker about getting position when a shot goes up. He's big and takes up a lot of space, he needs to use that to work the boards better.
